You should know that the State of Alabama does not require their medical assistants have a certification in order to be employed. That is as long as you have completed high school or earned a G.E.D. Step 1 – Do you want to Become Certified in Alabama for Medical Assisting?

Step 4 – Finish all required hours of clinical training for Alabama
