Step 2: Complete Your Training Course
Complete all your approved and accredited classes for becoming a Washington pharmacy technician to be able to move on to prepping for the certification exam and registering for your testing date.
Step 3: Take and Pass the PTCE or ExCPT Exam
Take one of the two nationally recognized pharmacy tech certification tests (the PTCE or the ExCPT) and pass it to become a CPHT-Certified Pharmacy Technician Certification. Both of the tests give the title of CPHT and is accepted by the state of Washington.
