Top 100 Affordable Medical Billing and Coding Programs
The list below is our Top 100 Most Affordable Medical Billing and Coding Schools List. We came up with this list using IPEDS and NCES.ed.gov educational data and statistics and information provided by the schools themselves that was more accurate (Tuition cost vs Net Price) and used our own custom methodology.
Methodology
We ranked every accredited medical coding and billing program that had online courses available, offered job and career services and offered night and weekend courses. This then presented a large list of schools. We then ranked each school in multiple categories like tuition cost (we used a cost of living multiplier), student to faculty ratio, full and part-time certification rates and a few others. After all that, we then added all the scores.
We feel like this presents a great picture of the best medical billing and coding programs in the country with a focus on affordability within realm of accredited and quality schools.
