Step 1 – Finish high school or earn your G.E.D.

Step 3 – Satisfy the state’s mandated training hours

The Regulation bodies in Kansas mandate that you have to complete 90 hours in class and an additional 45 hours of hands-on clinical instruction to sit for the Kansas Nurse Aide Test.

Step 4 – Pass the Kansas Nurse Aide Test

Nursing assistants in the Sunflower State need to pass the Kansas Nurse Aide Test to complete their certification. The examination asks test takers to complete a segment containing written problems, as well as a clinical demo.
